Chalous is considered as one of the maritime and forest tourism cities of Mazandaran province as one of the tourism hubs of Iran. Chalous residential buildings project is located in two separate plots near Farjabad beach located in Chalous city. Two separate lands, each of which must have separate access and complete separation and be considered as a set visually, so the subject, access, sea and forest landscape, the number of units required by the employer (3 units per floor) And the maximum need for airflow and greenness of our project led us to consider regular modules of 10 in 5 and 12 in 5 and from the combination of modules to solve the needs of the client in a design way, so the building from the modules of units A building is formed next to each other and the rotation of these modules in the upper floors; Which ultimately diversifies the full and empty space and creates courtyards-terraces with maximum views in the building.
