The facade project of Chizar residential apartment is located in the dilapidated texture of this area, which has a local and naturalistic identity, but over the years, it has caused erosion and human interactions, which have affected the visual wall of this area. Therefore, by examining the scope and visual needs of the collection, the brick material was considered as the main material and the facade approach was considered to be completely vertical and elongated with colors that are inclined to the territorial identity of Iran such as turquoise and brick.
