Garmdera administrative-industrial complex Garmdara administrative and industrial project is locally located in Garmdara city of Alborz province, which includes 20 industrial blocks in the form of three-story sheds and an office building connected to it. to the structural changes inside in terms of the content of the physical space, the dimensions and sizes of these units and according to the design of the facade predetermined by the previous designer, the limitation of no change in the shape and character of the structure of the building and consequently the lack of Changing the facade and its openings is considered as one of the basic design challenges of this project. Therefore, first of all, the design of the plan according to the client's point of view and the spatial relations requested by him to change each block from 2 floors to three industrial floors and to create private and semi-private office spaces for each of the three floors which are considered as separate units. occurred . Then the other discussed challenge of the design of this project was a strategy to be able to present a design that simultaneously maintains the needs of a modern office space, its industrial character as well as the branding identity of the industrial town, which as a result of this strategy in spatial communication , materials and their composition, the exposure of some facilities, the shape of the handles and existing visual elements can be seen.
