Fooladvand House belongs to a member of the National Assembly and was purchased by the Tehran Province Beautification Organization. The director of the renovation project of Fooladvand House called the reconstruction of this house a pleasure and stated: This house was the residence of Fooladvand family before the victory of the Islamic Revolution and after that it was abandoned.
